Current Professional Responsibilities in the Study Abroad Programs office within the Office of International Education at the University of Colorado at Boulder:
Program Manager, Study Abroad Programs:

• Manages a variety of study abroad programs around the world, including selecting and evaluating participants, conducting orientations, resolving student concerns, and liaising with partner universities and organizations.
• Advises students about the 275+ study abroad programs offered through CU.
• Serves as primary contact point for alumni and recent returnees of CU-Boulder study abroad programs. Manages the Study Abroad-Returnee listserv, serves as Editor of the alumni newsletter, The Peregrine, and organizes programs for returned alums.
• NAFSA: Attends NAFSA regional and state conferences, as well as shares best practices on NAFSA's SECUSS-L listserv

Volunteer Work
Youth For Understanding Volunteer: Uses cross-cultural skills and experience in education abroad in a wide variety of contexts, including presenting at out- and in-bound orientations, conducting interviews of American students and host families, and providing cultural interpretation for American host families and international students.
