The increased bulk sensitivity of our laser-ARPES technique may open the field of ARPES up to the study of many types of samples, including those that can not be cleaved as perfectly as the cuprates or manganites.

We are interested in a variety of other materials systems, especially those with exotic or "correlated electron" behavior.  Such systems include carbon nanotubes/buckyballs, organic conductors, Luttinger Liquid materials, charge and spin-density wave systems, etc.
