Question 18: "I feel ashamed about something I did a few years ago and I can't get over it. I need to work through this. What would you suggest?"

Kiro:

Shame is past deed poisoning your mind
so it cannot be happy.

Use shame as valuable teacher.
Learn from it how to think and live in new way.

As you learn from shame,
you will take away some of its power.

As it loses its power over you,
your deed will become interesting lesson in your life story.

Share your story with others,
so they can learn from your lesson.

Instead of shame being bad,
it will grow wisdom in and around you.
