Question 2: "I'm constantly putting myself down. I know this isn't healthy, but I can't put a stop to it. How can I get out of this?"

Kiro:

Self-criticism has good and bad sides.

It can work for you
if you use it to make changes.

It will work against you
if you use it to punish yourself.

When self-criticism is too harsh,
you will lose your power to act.

When self-criticism is too weak,
you will neglect what you need to change.

Seek more balance in yourself,
so you can use your criticisms to grow.

Your put downs can lift you up,
if you use them in right way.

Honor them like teachers,
but do not let them abuse you.
