Question 32: "My mother died suddenly when I was in my teens. We had a stormy relationship because she was so domineering. She pushed me around a lot and I was never able to tell her how much it hurt me. My mind tortures me about this because I wish I could have told her. How should I deal with this?"

Kiro:

Past is dead.
Mother is dead.

You are not leaving them die.

You are keeping past alive.
You are keeping mother alive.

You are keeping domination alive.
You are keeping hurt alive.

It is time to get shovel.
Dig hole and put past there.

As you cover it up, feel past going into past,
mother's domination going there, hurt going there.

When you have past where it belongs,
you can live in present moment.

It is where life is right now.
It is where happiness awaits you.
