Question 8: "I find myself envying others way too much and too often. What should I do to change this?"

Kiro:

Envy of others, if not extreme,
can be helpful.

It shows you what you want,
but do not have yet.

However, when envy becomes extreme,
it will annoy you and cause stress.

It may also make you hateful toward those
who have what you want.

When it reaches that point,
it will work against your peace of mind.

To create more balance,
focus on good things you already have.

By being thankful,
you will live in more positive thoughts.

More positive thoughts will make you feel better
about yourself and your life.

A flower does not envy other flowers in garden,
but expresses beauty in its own way.

Become like that flower.
