The
Woo Way is a playful adaptation of the ancient Taoist principle
of "wu wei," which means living in harmony with the Tao as
the fullness of life. It's an experiential journey that opens the way
to more personal freedom and greater internal balance and wholeness.
It is life-altering work
because it encourages deeper awareness, new choices, and new practices,
which lead to change. By replacing automatic patterns with conscious
choices, stress and personal suffering are greatly reduced, while happiness,
wisdom, and peace of mind expand.
