NOTE: There were 8 points added to the first exam!  The mean was right at 67.  In fact, many people did quite well on the exam, so are going into the next exam with more than 100--and many others have a shot at getting out of the final.  Wow.  In general, to avoid confusion, each question was worth 4 points, to which the adjustment is made, in this case the equivalent of 2 questions.  If, for example, you got 20 out of 25 right, you would have a raw score of 80 and an adjusted score of 88 for this test.

Second Midterm (given November 17, 2010...There were also 7 points added to this exam, since the mean was right at 68.  This means that if you missed, say 3 questions, you would have a raw score of 88, and an adjusted score of 95.  I hope be able to provide a list of who is out of the final soon in class--see you there!  Answers:
