We discuss the notions of local operators and operator product expansion in the theory of fermions with unitarity. We give the interpretation of the Tan's parameter as the expectation value of a local operator. We then calculate of the dynamic structure factor of a unitary Fermi gas at large frequencies and wavenumbers.
