Additional records from the collections of the United States National Museum, the University of Colorado Natural History Museum and the Mississippi Entomological Museum at Mississippi State University.

Comments: Flexamia delongi "... is abundant almost anywhere its host plant occurs in Ontario, Michigan and Ohio" (Bouchard et al. 2002a). Considered a species of special concern in Michigan.
