Package instructions (before leaving on same-day vo/sot's)

q       Story slug checked with, or communicated to, producer

q       Anchor intro for package, formatted with cg times indicated

q       For sound bites less than :10 on-air, cg in and out time indicated

q       Cg sheet for package, printed on laser paper

q       Package tape turned in, with tape label attached and time code indicated

(Note: Make sure story slug matches!)

Vo/sot's

After returning from the field:

q       Specific format communicated to producer

q       Story slug checked with producer

q       Script & separate cg sheet finished as early as possible
