About me: I received my BA from UC Berkeley in 1992 and my PhD in philosophy from Rutgers University in 1998. Since then I have taught and worked at the University of Colorado, where I earned tenure in 2005. Most of my research has been in epistemology, the philosophical study of knowledge. I have also written academic articles on topics in ethics, metaethics, metaphysics, and political philosophy. My book, Skepticism and the Veil of Perception, appeared in 2001, and Ethical Intuitionism in 2005.
