3.Homework 3 : As discussed in class, this homework will be graded. Your fist midterm grade will be the average of your grade on this homework and the grade you obtained on your first exam. The due date is 2/23.

Important information: 1. There will be no make-up examinations; 2. There is a 40 percent grade reduction for an Empirical project that is turned in late.
