I grew up along the beaches of southern California, went to school at The College of Creative Studies at the University of California at Santa Barbara, and got married in 1979 in a little inland town in southern California called Hemet. There I had two beautiful daughters who are now young adults (and still beautiful!), taught piano, gardened, read, and played with the animals. We came here to Boulder in June 1995, and we love the natural beauty, the liberal attitudes, and the emphasis on learning and knowledge.
