Teaching and Research Statement:

• My teaching and research involve on construction engineering and management with specific focus on innovative delivery strategies for infrastructure and the build environment. I am currently teaching graduate and undergraduate classes in the area of innovative delivery systems, construction equipment and methods, cost engineering and project controls. My teaching philosophy employs active and collaborative learning methods. I currently have an active research program with funded projects in design-build, best-value procurement, highway cost estimating methods, learning organizations, and decision support systems.  I am active in professional continuing education delivering numerous professional education programs in design-build and cost engineering for the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) and the Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA).
