From I-25 southbound: Take Larkspur exit #173, go straight (south) on DC 53
(Spruce Mnt. Rd.) one mile to Larkspur. At stop sign go right (west) on DC
60 (Perry Park Ave.) for 3 miles. At yield sign turn sharp left (south) on
DC 105 (Perry Park Rd.). Abbe Ranch is one mile on left (east side of road).
From I-25 northbound: Take exit #172 (South Lake Gulch Rd.), turn left (west)
under interstate for 1/4 mile, turn left (south) at Tee (DC 53) over bridge
and follow above instructions.
