One hell of a remote for one hell of an alarm. Only the best for my baby. The /////Alpine 8081 with all the bells and whistles. |
Painted calipers, front and rear. My favorite color is blue so most of what I customize ends up that color. I also painted the SHO logo on the center caps. Black to match the rest of the car. |
|
I replaced all the interior lights with dark blue LED strips that I made. Looks really cool at night. |
I filled all the body lettering with black. Really makes those SHO logo's stick out! |
|
Aftermarket fog lights. I'm planning on upgrading the ones I currently have to PIAA super blue's. |
I replaced my Ford logo with a luminescent one that comes on with my parking lights. If you'd like to purchase one of these for your car, e-mail John Cummings. I believe they cost $50.00 |
|
I custom made the headlight covers for my car. They look really mean and the light passes through with no distortion or problems. I also had clear bra material (from 3M) applied to these to keep the paint from chipping off. |
I have installed aftermarket racing pedals. Boy are these a pain to install, you actually have to drill through the accelerator pedal to get the new one on. |
|
Again, nothing but the best for my baby. The Whistler 1585se radar detector. Warns me of possible street racing busts. |
This one's really cool at night. I painted the inside of this little compartment with chrome paint. Then I installed two more blue LED's in here and hooked the + up to my dimmer switch. These only come on when my parking lamps are on, and I can dim them with my dimmer switch. |

Purchased this from someone of the SHOtimes listserv (I can't remember his name or e-mail), it's definitely a classy edition to my SHO. |
This decal is from a guy on the SHOtimes listserv named Tim McCain (can't remember his e-mail), he had these custom made for everyone on the list. I had to get one for each side. |
|
I got the Yamaha decal from the same guy that makes the SHOfear decals. Don't forget Yamaha makes the engine so it's not false advertising. This decal goes fits right over the OEM Ford logo. |
And of 'course my baby wouldn't be complete without her name tag to let everyone know who she is (although she already sticks out like a sore thumb... in a good way!). |
|
Painted Manifold lettering, a nice touch. This is kind-of a pain. I had to mask off the surrounding area with newspaper and masking tape. Then I painted with high temp spray paint and used a q-tip with paint thinner to remove any overspray. |
I've upgraded the suspension to the Road Race Canyon Carver Package from the SHOshop. If you haven't already done this, it's a must. It's amazing how well the car handles now. Here are two pictures of the front and rear strut tower braces that come with the package. |
The other mod's will be posted as I get them done. For more misc. pics of the SHO GUN check out the misc. SHO GUN pics page.
