Systematic Analysis of the RNA Universe by PNA-Interference Mapping (P-IMP)
To understand the general functional mechanics of RNA structures, we are developing a new technology.

The current model for the mechanism of action leads us to believe that this technology is capable of:

  • No effects on RNA half-life, or degradation.
  • Capable of operating in living cells.
  • Capable of blocking secondary/tertiary interactions of important structure at the primary sequence level.
  • Based on competitive antagonism by PNA oligomers
