What is Energy?
During the summer of 2003, the Center of the American West organized a conference at CU that focused on Energy in the Amercian West. The conference was sponsored by the Hewlett Foundation. This lecture was one of the introductory presentations at that conference. The goal was to describe ENERGY from the science and engineering perspectives.

Environmental Impact of Wildfires
This is a lecture I put together with Dr. Shelly Miller for the Department of Mechanical Engineering Graduate Seminar Series, Fall 2002, regarding wildfire impacts.

Western Air
This is a lecture I gave with Dr. Jana Milford about protecting human health and the West's scenic vistas for the 2002-2003 Chancellor's Community Lecture Series titled Healing the West. For more details about the Series check out the Center of the American West web site.
