Question 15: "I don't like how I look. I feel too plain and too fat, so I hold myself back. I need to find a way through this. What's your advice?"

Kiro:

There are two things you must know.

You will die.
There will never be another person like you, ever.

Put appearance in perspective,
then develop parts of you others will cherish.

Cultivate kindness, wisdom, and humor
so you add light to life rather than darkness.

Try to look good,
but do not neglect these other virtures.

Look as good as you can on the outside and
try as much as you can to be good on inside.

When outside and inside are balanced,
you will be good enough.

Feeling good enough,
you will not be so focused on yourself.

This will give you nice chance
to grow something beautiful around you.

You will become like rain drop
that nourishes life where it falls.
