Question 3: "I live alone and have a hard time with loneliness. Sometimes I feel desperate about it. What should I do?"

Kiro:

People can become unhappy when they are too engaged
with others and when they are not engaged enough.

Seeking balance will remedy both problems.

Those who have too much human contact
need to create more time alone.

Those who have too little human contact
need to create time with others.

Wise course is to have friends,
but reserve time for yourself.

Being with others offers companionship, fun, and affection.
Being alone offers time for reflection and relaxation.

By balancing being alone and being with others,
you will create warmth for people and yourself.

To become warmth maker,
get busy making friends.

It will help you achieve more balance,
so happiness can grow.
