Question 31: "I tend to over-organize everything in a group I lead. I'm a bit too rigid about it, so I have a hard time dealing with things that fall outside the structure I've created. What would you say about this?"

Kiro:

Anything that becomes too rigid,
including ourselves, loses its flexibility.

When flexibility is gone, responding to unexpected
circumstances becomes much harder.

Life offers many surprises,
so leaders always face challenges.

A rigid leader may struggle against them.
A flexible leader will dance with them.

Same is true of rigid groups.

When facing surprises from life,
they may not be flexible enough to change.

If they cannot change,
decay may occur inside.

To be wiser leader, build flexibility into yourself
and into your group to counter-balance rigidity.

This will allow you to organize what can
be organized and to dance with chaos.
