Question 7: "I worry about everything, like how I look, if I'm making the right impression, and whether I'll succeed. I wish I could put a stop to worry, but it won't go away. I'd like your take on this."

Kiro:

Some worry will serve you.
Too much worry will undermine you.

When you worry too much,
you will become too cautious about everything.

Too much caution will hold you back
from pursuing life you want.

To create more balance,
see fear behind your worry.

Notice how that fear is thought
that exaggerates danger and failure.

Be more realisitic by thinking about
real chance of fear coming true.

You will probably find that
chance of fear coming true is very small.

When you see chance as small,
you will see worry decline in big hurry.

When worry is smaller,
your freedom and happiness will become larger.

This will make your life bloom.
