Question 9: "People tell me I talk too much, but I can't stop it. What you would say about this?"

Kiro:

It is hard to slow down car
when its accelerator is stuck.

It is hard to slow down brain
when its accelerator is stuck.

It may be difficult to stop talking so much,
but it is important to try. Why?

When people talk too much,
their words lose value and others stop listening.

To stop talking so much,
create brake in your thinking.

When you are talking too much,
say "Shut up!" to yourself.

This little practice will apply brakes to your mouth,
so you can become listener.

When you are free to listen and talk, you will learn
more about others and they will listen to you.

Creating this balance will improve
your life in many ways.
