Quit whining about being unhappy.
To be happy, create a positive attitude.

Quit making your problems so big.
Notice how small they really are.

Quit being so one-sided.
Create more balance within yourself and your life.

Quit thinking your exaggerated fears are true.
Shrink them down to fit in the palm of your hand.
Keep
these commitments and you'll be surprised by how quickly your happiness
grows. To insure progress, make a copy of the commitments and put
them up on your frig or a mirrow so you can be reminded to practice
every day.
